Feeling to heal
If you are experiencing bouts of anxiety, depression or numbness... know that you are not broken. You are simply healing. As we evolve our energy field and body purges to release all the energy and emotions that we have not been able to feel whilst in survival mode. Now it is resurfacing to be witnessed, accepted and released. This is the healing journey. The path from trauma to soul.
We have been conditioned in a society not to feel our emotions... we have to feel to heal.
Next time you feel a wave of anxiety or any other emotion... try simply witnessing it with no judgement. Simply observe it and remember it is just energy passing through you
